This event is for piano students currently in 2nd grade and above. It is highly recommended the student has prepared for this event by studying the appropriate level theory concepts provided by the teacher.

Fee: $25.00 per student

Please get forms in early, as the slots will fill up quickly. Teachers may choose to enter students in the theory level they have just completed or the level they are currently working on. Students in theory level above 8 can choose to review level 7-8. Students are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes.
Please Note: Theory Levels correlate with OMTA theory levels. The Escape rooms will be divided into theory levels 1-2, 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8. (For example, a theory level 2 student cannot be put in the same room as a theory level 4 student).
Event Days/Times: Please only choose from the A-E time frames on the entry forms. Students will be scheduled during the requested times as scheduling allows. There can only be a maximum of six students per room. Your students may be combined with another teacher's students to fill a room. Please note that each student will only be in the room for a maximum of ONE HOUR. You will be notified of each students exact room time after all students have been scheduled.
